Produced an updated Water Conservation and Water Demand Management Plan which covered aspects relating to best management practice, analyses of historical data current and predicted water use per development zone type, assessment of rainwater harvesting potential, long term sustainability, green building concepts, on site stormwater management, grey water re-use, effluent re-use and general water conservation.
Development of an action plan designed to provide concise and practical management interventions to be implemented stakeholders/management/business tenants within the development.
The report and recommended actions were presented in a user-friendly and graphical manner. Added value was provided to the client in the form of the development of a new database (with automated data capture forms) and an interactive data dashboard.
